Negotiation Strategies- Lessons from Seinfeld

In this episode from Seinfeld, Kramer and Newman show how NOT to negotiate. This reminds me of times in the past when a client (Kramer) wants the lawyer/spokesperson (Newman) to do the client’s  bidding and parrot what the client says while standing well behind and out of the way. I know lots of lawyers who do this on behalf of a client. Usually with similar results.
