- Breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing in denial of insurance coverage: 2 years.
- Breach of fiduciary duty: 4 years.
- Wrongful Death: 2 years. (Note: Minor tolling provision does not apply. Discovery rule DOES NOT apply.)
- Fraud: 4 years from date of false representation or omission.
- Legal Malpractice: 2 years. (Discovery rule applies.)
- Negligent misrepresentation: 2 years.
- Libel: 1 year.
- Products liability: 2 years.
- Negligence: 2 years.
- Suit against architect, engineer, interior designer, or landscape architect who designs plans or inspects the construction of improvements or equipment attached to real property: 10 years.
- Tortious interference with business relationship: 2 years
- Deceptive Trade Practices: 2 years.
- Breach of Contract: 4 years.
- Misappropriation of Trade Secrets: 3 years.
- Liability of corporate directors: 2 years.
